Deninard was the home to some very strong resistance today. It also happens to be the system where I personally had sent my freighter full of war materials (thorax, brutix, discogeddons).

Resistance started off really hilariously with the explosion of a blue (Executive Outcomes) mackinaw, who I had the following conversation with:

Yeah I'm not sure what to make of PL forming a "cartel" when they can't stop most production of tech and a patch that is 99.99999999% likely to be nerfing the living fuck out of technetium is coming up

Although if I were to stand back and look at it objectively I'd say it's a rather cheap and futile attempt to put the spotlight back on the elite PvPers hotdropping T1 frigates in Ammake or whatever the fuck that place is called

As much i remember, i had enought time to bookmark their can, go to Amarr buy and fit a ship then fly back warp to the can and disco. Their hauler was escaped, and the loot was covered the loss more then enought.

I think eventually Goons will get bored and do something else (be longer than 2 weeks though).

But the point is they are doing something 'fun' killing shit. It's the same with Delve at the moment, they don't "need" to take it. Taking it gives them what they (and most of us on kugu) log in for.

They are providing content for themselves because CCP wont do it.

I think Eve has a much longer shelf life than other games (has been for me). Doing the same thing for years and years on end is daft, it makes sense to kill new people in new locations once in a while. Get bored, do something else.

Emo tears of carebear miners or Delve residents keeps you logging in, and I don't see anything wrong with that.

What is this place?

This is Corps Diplomatique. We are the diplomats for GoonSwarm Federation and also the lead diplomatic contacts for the entire coalition that our alliance has built around itself. At face value, we exist to talk to other alliances, but we are so much more than that. Goons have always wielded a degree of soft power and influence far out of line with their actual military might, and strong and wily diplomats are the reason for this. When shit hits the fan late at night, people aren't going to go scrambling for an FC to resolve the bigger problems; that's our job. We provide shoulders to cry on for our counterparts in other alliances and learn their secrets to use against them later. We occasionally run agents and arrange for recon to back up our intelligence gathering. We are the eyes and ears of this alliance when it comes to identifying new targets or threats and it is the research we do that can determine who dies first. We don't hide behind anonymity, everyone knows who we are and our jobs are made all the harder for it, but we still get what we need to make our enemies squeal.

Corps Diplomatique is also an integral part of GSF's Brain Trust and a miniature think tank in its own right. Tector: Director, Senior Diplomat and Vile Rat's right hand. Capable of changing alliance and corporate standings. Has worked mostly on the South and in helping to organize the early DekCo. Involved in the new Sky Marshall project. Active mostly in EST

Courthouse: Director and a well-rounded Senior Diplomat, Courthouse speaks the most common dialect of pubbie ("retard") fluently and has worked extensively in helping our allies get on Jabber and Mumble. Involved in the new Sky Marshall project. Active mostly in PST

Anxekay: Diplomat. An Australian, Anx has been a contact with the Russian alliances in the past, including our old allies Red Alliance. Active in Moon TZ because he's in Australia.

Pirokobo: Not a diplomat per se. Pirokobo is our archivist and manages the Diplowiki found here: https://diplowiki.go...title=Main_Page He also does the swanky signatures you see the regular diplomats sporting on the forums, if you don't have one you should dig up his thread and ask politely.

pony_on_the_porch/particle9: Currently attending a prestigious art school, p9 has been around as a diplo for a very long time and has a wide network of contacts coupled with an uncanny ability to get people talking. Can usually be contacted in PST and specialized lately in hurling abuse at diplomats and directors on jabber.

OldPueblo: Diplomat and CEO of DS1 successor Thunderwaffe. Known to make funny propaganda videos from time to time and to handle intra-coalition troubles.

Occasional diplomats, but primarily tasked elsewhere

Endie: Director and font of the ever-popular alliance updates, Endie primarily works these days in the shadowed halls of the GIA. He still chills in CD and is a source for extremely valuable information. Active primarily through EUTZ.

Hratli Smirks: Director and the Hammer of Kugutsumen. Hratli started as a diplo before making the leap to the GIA. Hratli is very involved in the Sky Marshallate. Active all over the place.

Gicer: One of Endie's spymasters from Bat Country. Gicer can provide really useful information.

Other important people you will see

The Mittani: Can be reached through CD and talks to the diplos with some frequency. Active all over the place because he's retired. Also, if you don't know who this is get out.

Rydis: One of GSF's senior FCs and Sky Marshall, Rydis recently took a break from EVE and has been easing herself back in.

Ivanova Denisovich: Director and head of our reconnaissance pilots. If you need to get some information verified (i.e. moon locations, traffic levels), ask this man and he'll get someone on it right away.

Kazanir: CEO of EJB/auditor for our alliance and by extension most of the coalition, Kazanir usually serves in an advisory capacity in CD.
