Alright guys and girls, abit of a wall of text, i hope you arent to intimidated.
*The COLLECTIVE Heist*
What happened with Let Jee and his rise to the position he ended up in ?
Well, to be honest here, i will have to take the blunt of that mistake on my own shoulders.
I think i probably talked the most with the guy in the last 5 months or so and i didnt see it coming.
Our members outlook has been one of outrage, disbelief or somewhere inbetween.
I think im not alone in having considered him a friend, and as such its not the isk that rattled me.
About said isk loss, the main amount of Collective assets are out of reach of anyone outside a close knit group of people who know eachother real life, thus even though the amount is considered high to some, its nothing we cant work through, just a few adjustments and sadly alot of work on the shoulders of our logistics team.
(Alot of love to Cerys and her crew, you know who you are)
To those old timers we have within our own ranks (who most pilots would consider wealthy) who have actually offered their own money to the corp to compensate, its appreciated but we are far from being in a bad position concerning assets and liquid isk.
So for now, keep your isk, but ill take a few bill here and there personally. 'smile'
PS : The reasons this is part of the email is cause its relevant to some of the things below and i do not want the rank and file of the other corporations to get their info from evenews.
*Now, concerning the timing of the whole thing*
It was pretty much spot on to damage us in the best way possible.
What many know on the corp ceo level, though that info has not gone out officially (maybe evenews ?), was our intentions to elevate Let Jee to second in command of BORG.
We have heard voices within our ranks unsatisfied with the amount of time BORG leadership has put into the game recently, and a step toward fixing said issue was to elevate the person who had consistantly been piling on hours of workload for the betterment of the alliance. (At least it seemed so at the time)
This has offcourse caused proplems given Corporations trust in our leadership structure, which i consider a bigger blow then the ISK itself.
The reasons for our alliance leaders time constraints concerning eve i wont go into detail on, but we have all had RL kick us in the nuts before, i know them both in real life and i know they had their reasons.

Sadly enough, said corporations have decided to pack their bags.
Speaking for BORG Leadership, they have our outmost respect, as they have been terrific assets to BORG and i have felt priviliged to fly with them.
Since you lads are still in here, if any of your pilots have standing issues later on after resets, let us know, we will assist in geting their assets out.
*What comes next*
1. Those two corporations leaving will hit our fleet numbers in the coming days.
The good news in that regard is that we are in talks with a couple of corporations that look promising.
2. Leitz the alliance military lead is back from from his holiday, resubbed, and as far as i know psyched about playing again, so the military branch should see some changes both in activity and organization.
3. The alliance Diplo side. As you all know, we are lacking an alliance head diplo atm, untill i find a suitable candidate (hopefully in the next days) ill be taking that on my own shoulders.
4. Our commitment from a ceo meeting, of trying to heal wounds between us and MM/Bricks is atm clashing with our thoughts on taking a few systems we were thinking of taking.
The fact of the matter is, MM/Bricks have made deals with AAA concerning a NIP stance, so that campaign will thus need to be put on hold.
I will be discussing in the coming days with the leaders of MM and Bricks on what direction the coalition as a whole should take and we will revisit geting something serious for our pilots to do in the coming days.
I realize both our side and MM have felt angered on decisions made and words said, and i am not innocent in that regard,
and fully admit i took part in the decision to reset them in the beginning.
However, i would like to stress to our pilots that local silence on CT´As is the name of the game, and even if breaches on that end are overlooked sometimes, trash talking our allies will not be.
Lets wipe the slate clean and do this right this time.
*And Myself*
Today as per Hui´s forum mail, i have been elevated to the position of Second in command and will thus start taking a direct hand in leading our Alliance.
For those who do not know me, or have not seen me around much.
I have tried to keep out of roles of serious responsibility, thus out of the spotlight, simply cause i liked the freedom of putting my nose in when i felt like it.
For the past months i have been working directly with our alliance leaders, was running the diplo side without the stamp prior to Let Jee taking it on, and have tried to plug those holes that i found.
I have in full honesty been playing a text based sort of eve and ship spinning the last months, and most of you could probably shoot me out of the air easily 'smile'.
As i felt abit responsible for what happened under my nose concerning Let Jee, i decided to step up since i felt it was needed.
I hope that everyone here will give me some time to try to turn us to the right path, and if not, i can at least tell myself that i gave it my best.
PS : There will be an alliance meeting soon held by either me or TAZ about what comes out of discussions with the other parts of the coalition, and then some time for the memberbase to voice their ideas/opinions/concerns.
Regards,
