Kugutsumen wants CCP to clean up it's act and accept that they have been rather cruelly "socially engineered" by the top alliance in the game. It's compromised the integrity of the game and is making many people reconsider if the multiple subscriptions they take out are worth it for such stacked odds, those who haven't applied to join BoB want a challenge, but they do want at least a slim chance of success.
I don't think Kugutsumen wants this to become a pure hate CCP/BoB website - which as the flow of information has stopped for now, it could well do. There's nothing else to do while waiting for the investigation to complete. What this has highlighted is that when people are able to talk freely about dodgy GM decisions a flood of information comes out.
I don't think it's an "zOmg hate CCP hate BoB hate Dev hate ISD" type thing. Fact of the matter is still that on some level, CCP has been corrupted by one or more alliances. BoB being the major one in this case because after all, they are rather high-visibility amongst everyone else, and have only themselves to thank that they have made themselves a target for tinfoil-hattery.
That some/most of the tinfoil hattery ended up having a core of truth to it was just a weird "extra" to it all.
This site (and undoubtedly many threads on many other forums by this time) aims to show to the gaming public (i.e. the eve players) that not all is well in the state of EVE, and to call CCP's attention to it. It's up to CCP how to handle it. If they do a proper investigation, publish their results, and actually -try- to fix what went wrong, then it's all cool. If they just try to wipe it under the rug, I think we'll be seeing much more of Kugutsumen
