Hum... one is an account I just activated and transfered a character I just bought. The second one is my industrial character with max market skills and Empire Control V.

This is highly hypocritical when Sir Molle actually started posting my real name on CAOD and of course he didn't get banned.

I doubt someone as talented as kugutsumen is actually out of the game for long though. A bigger problem would be getting donations to him. If he tells us who his next account is they will ban it too but if he doesn't then how do we know where to send the isk.

i dont think they will unban him at all.
if anything they will try and find out the rest of his accounts and try and shut them down also.

they are in "shoot the messenger mode" or they wouldnt have banned his accounts to start with.

Where they have gone wrong, however, is by not banning other players who so openly break the EULA and ToS.. see DBP, for the main example.
