(In case it wasn't clear, the Nyx used the reset-the-pos trick to bounce out of the field before we could drop on him after he logged in, and he jumped out and got safe.)

The life cycle of all EVE entities involes finding someone more shit than you to fight while hoping you don't bump into someone less shit who wants to fight you.
I believe the blame for that falls squarely on the shoulders of Cizani and anyone involved in his random decision to disband our alliance in the middle of a war. Right now everyone's scrambling to get out, myself included, but FT.C (who are far from elite in IEGEX, just have a peek at the IEGEX KB) banded together with some old friends from Property Management Solutions alliance to save our most valuable assets. Like anyone would do.
To Gentlemen's Agreement:
I want to give props to gentleman's agreement. you guys are good. Your organization, tactics, and responce time are like nothing I've ever seen. It took 24 hours to come up with a plan, run simulations on the sisi, organize distractions, decoys, alt fleets etc etc. and you STILL nearly got the damned thing - AGAIN!
I hope to hell I never end up on your red side again. But for the record, if we do, don't bother with extortion, FT.C never pays.

I commend you for trying a few plans out on sisi. It's a good way to learn about EVE in a lot of situations. Hell, back in the day I had an interest in running a POS, so I figured out towers on there. When you're a new player, those kinds of things seem daunting. Good show, and nice work using the POS reset trick to shoot him clear of the rapecage.
I was the one that found the Nyx first when we bumped it out of the POS and it disappeared in low armor. I logged in a scout, checked d-scan and saw that single gleaming word "NYX" appear that I had never seen in that system before. I warped to the jump bridge tower where it seemed to be, saw it sitting there, reported it, got the warpin for the fleet, and less then 10 minutes later, they all landed on it at 0.
Did he figure we wouldn't be able to bump him out? Because he immediately fired off his smartbomb, aggroing us, then very quickly logged out. If we had had maybe half a dozen more guys online we would have been able to kill him within that 15 minutes he had handed us, so he honestly got very lucky to even have a Nyx to log back into. If I had logged in 30 minutes earlier (around 20 guys logged out for the night just before I got online, as another op was ending), he would have lost the carrier because he chose to aggress then log. Hell of a good lesson for him to learn, because it came down to luck and bad timing on my part that the ship survived the initial engagement and he even had a ship to jump out of null in.
I do have to ask though why your Nyx pilot left his supercarrier in a jump bridge tower at all. Especially considering we had breached another POS's shields about 3 hours earlier right in front of your fleet, using that same password. Bad communication or something?
That and not the most experienced Nyx pilot, FT.C is new to supercaps for the most part, and IEGEX did nothing to alleviate that, tbh I'm amazed we ever committed caps at all in any engagement, there was certainly no enthusiasm for it. I certainly learned my own lesson when ya'll warped all those canes on top of my Archon in M-Y in the JB pos, if I hadn't been looking at the screen at the time while my gf jabbered my ear off I wouldn't have been able to e-jump out before ya'll got bumps. And then still had to log in N-5 before ya'll found me. :P
to add to the funzors... stating patience is virtue indeed, was able to get 2 2x1600 plants baddons out safely, out of grid safes + cloaks ftw
p.s. if you sit on a station 0 from undock... its prolly better to fit that scrambler instead of a point... 2 +1 points was fun to see but didnt matter for my fits
and to all the beleavers.. no i didnt jump out all my shit out ;-) i can be a lazy fuck :P

As they landed, the call "bump him bump him bump him" was coming through comms and we were trying to get a bubble up as fast as we could, but you jumped out pretty damn fast. The Nidhogger did as well. Way to be on the ball.
That was right after we burned those 6 Dreads I believe? I had been in MY for a while and called out your capital formup. I saw a guy in a Moros ready to join the fight, but lucky him, he didn't and docked up before you guys started your attack. Also saw a Nagalfir on station briefly. Another lucky one I suppose. Was that a spur of the moment op? Nonetheless, I bet you'll never use your carrier in combat without sub-capital support again.

Nonetheless, I bet you'll never use your carrier in combat without sub-capital support again.We'd actually pulled out the caps beforehand to go after the pos our subcaps were shooting in P3 before ya'lls excellent bombing run raped our fleet to death, (mah poor Nighthawk)and since it was so hard to get IEGEX to even undock the caps most of the time, I suppose it was then decided we might as well make use of them in MY-. TBH I'm pretty bummed that Cizani's disbanding IEGEX, cause I think we were really beginning to come into our stride right there at the end. But oh well.
I would like to say grats to the Gents on there assult in Vale well played by them. After the Dutch move and the Cizani recording i personally did not see any reason for EOG to fight any longer for there alliance. As for the corps that were in IEG that fleeted up with me daily respect to you and yours for the fun we all had.
Kesper and the Gents are men of Honor in my eyes and after speeking with him well we decided just to get out and call it good times and good fights. People will think what they want about the choices i made but i saw no reason after Dutches public post and the Cizani recording. To continue the fight for an alliance that told its members pretty much well sorry but all your fighting was for nothing made the choices easy.
So in closing id like to say First to the Gents grats and good fights it was all fun. Second to the Corps and pilots of IEG i enjoyed flying with most of you and we had some fun times. GL to all and cya on the battlefields.
Also i forgot one most important person much respect and thanks to Shallente for being a rock and basically running the alliance. He is a true freind and will allways be in the hearts of all of the pilots that fought in IEG.

Shallente deserve respect & credit for everything he's done for IEGEX.
I hope that the rest of DRF notices how Cizani treats people, and how he ran things. I truely hope that, DRF does not allow Cizani to join one of their alliances. He's nothing but a leech.

To get things correct, SEGM owned HALF of IEGEX's capital fleet. EOG owned about 45% of the rest, mostly being Dreads. SEGM was kicked because we were searching for alternatives.
Point is, IEGEX died to incompetence & greed. About 75% of IEGEX padded their wallets before helping others. I won't lie, nor bullshit you, I did this as well, but I also showed up for PvP & other events. I pay my accounts via plex, and I ratted enough for my plex's and the rest went to pvp.
