Pretty epic brawl in C6Y tonite and it lasted for hours.. Started as our ihub came out with Ev0ke & Polaris vs RAWR/BRICK in battlecruisers slugging it out. Slowly more and more people keep coming in as kills started to pile.

Goons showed up with 190 to try and enjoy a good fight with the 200 of mm, who where setup at range, with bombers on the gate. vily of all people outsmarts mm fc, jump into sysetm safe and those dudes ran away. Hostile sbus dead and JP4 station will belong to goons shortly unless those 200 fight us.

Do yourself a favour and cut the crap with that line cause it just aint so and we all know it. You never picked good fights in Gem - indeed you bent over for MM when you were told to do so. At least we knew we got rogered when forced accept RAGE's yoke - you act like you had a choice in the matter (you didn't), and act like the NIP was never part of the original deal (it was).

I think part of the problem is that a lot of players are still stuck back in an older era of EVE.

The metagame over the last few years has fleshed out immensely, from fittings to politics to strategy to even alliance policy. Going onto a forum and spewing shit out of your mouth and expecting people to believe it when information is so much easier to access and so much faster-moving than it used to be is pretty retarded.

Someone posted a link on TEST's forums with images from their director subforum of their directors stating the deal was going to go through; it wasn't until I think the fourth page that they decided to back out of the deal.

EVE is become a game that is very difficult to play these days. Between being very poor in PVP, being cruely ganged upon by the Goons, RL needs, and to top it off hearing about CCP's decision to give suicide gankers the means and rewards to search for big payoff targets in areas meant to be safe (see my rant in the relevant thread in the general forum) makes my sorrow all the more unbearable.

There is not much I can do for my corp or alliance these days, except pray. IMHO, God has delievered FIX many times from the brink since the first SA war. The prayer I posted above 9cg station has been answered. I thank Him for that, and I hope God will answer it now, and defeat those who wish to undermine us so cruelly and thoughtlessly.

It is one thing to fight against BOB and allies because of ideals. (they aren't perfect either, and I don't always like the manner they conduct themselves, regardless of recent allegations), but to go this low...It's just unexcusable.

I hope we can be lifted up, strengthened in resolve, Christ-like in mutual charity, and fight this. Fight with honor, fight with conviction, and make a good accounting of ourselves amd Gpd willing, rout this foe. I hope I could be a little more like that, and the time available to do that, maybe I could. But it's hard...JAKD and FIX has suffered much these past months, some wounds self inflicted, and they have yet to fully heal.

We need to get back on our feet, and stand tall again, even in the face of such darkness.

No, you don't really lose, even if your whole fleet burns in a fire. Welpfleet is meant to be trown into a wall without being costly to alliance nor pilot wallets. It's got a low barrier of entry, and pilots are told, from the start, that they are likely going to die.

So... it's an effective fleet, without the drawbacks of many other fleetcomps. A welp does not demoralize, a welp does not leave you begging for replacements, and is capable of killing supers.

Of course, all of this is beyond the reach of people who think in terms of k/d ratios and other... elite measures of value.

What? As an IE-EX member that was around for camping HED-GP and Geminate and all that stuff I can safely say that I have never had as much fun in EVE as I have had in Delve. I doubt all the other IE-EX members are enjoying themselves quite as much as I am but I know they're having a lot of fun too and the ones that aren't and want to spend the rest of their EVE life in HED-GP withering away have emo quit. The new members in the alliance take a bit of getting used to but they're all fine and I don't think there's a person that is really pissing the majority of our members off. I wouldn't presume to know so much about our corp and the feelings of its members because chances are you'll just be miles off especially considering maybe 5% of the corp (this is a made up bullshit statistic btw) actually posts on forums and stuff.

Also there was supposed to be a NIP in place but shortly after we settled into our space the NC attacked the Drone Russians so we had to keep them blue and then almost immediately after that failed horribly the Drone Russians invaded Geminate and we had to keep them blue for that too. It's not like there was a lack of targets around.

Anyway thanks for an amazing fight last night ev0ke. I was ready for bed but I thought I'd join in and get some kills and we ended up slugging it out for 6 hours.

Welpfleet is a philosophy as much as a doctrine, but it's still disingenuous to say that it isn't annoying at the very least to lose your fleet.

I see it as risk v. returns. Little isk and fucks given; returns have been pretty solid.

Every alliance in Delve have changed to battlecruisers and bombers? Cheap ships that you can lose and it doesn´t matter. Does it mean that no one can lose battle anymore?

You are right. You win if there is some reason you are fighting for and you achieve your objectives. At this moment every fleet in delve is kind of welpfleet, it doesn't matter if you lose your ship or fleet.
