Why do you guys keep throwing this out here? It's not like a 1 v 1 duel in rifters. You can wallop any enemy outnumbered 3-1 if you have a big blob of supercaps, which is why they're getting nerfed. For what happens to you when you engage outnumbered 3-1 in subcaps, see what happened last Friday.
