Actually, thats another Kudos for ASCN if you think about it--they not only built the first outpost and titan, but they built ANOTHER two titans when they had their backs againt the wall.

Of course, that they immediately hand over at least one of them to the enemy that destroyed them doesn't speak too much about their spine, but, eh.

The only unfortunate thing is that we did not have time to complete them and get them into the war before everything fell apart.

The only thing BoB got from CLS was enough minerals to build almost 2 more. We had planned for 5 by March. We completed 3 and lost 1.

I only knew of one Titan in the oven last month, which I was told by more than one person I trust in CLS that it was going to be or was handed to BoB as payment for giving them a short NAP to pull all the minerals out of 5P-.

So that means BoB have 3 Titans, possibly 4.

Its not unreasonable to see...even one additional titan pilot means that you get a serious boost to your offensive abilities.

With an experienced and high-SP dread fleet, the main bar to getting additional titan pilots is the 3B isk skillbook...but when you own eleventy-billion T2 BPOs this becomes a laughable limitation.

Due to the new Gang System, the best you could do is 3 Avatars--FC, WC, and Squad commander, and that would only apply to the 10 people in that squad. Of course, the likelihood is that it uses the gang system to determine the highest bonus and just applies that.

Yes, Considering ASCN built over 280 carriers, 200 dreads and CLS/IXC were handing out all classes of ships to needy PvPers by the 100's until the bitter end, we had plenty of resources and ships. The problem was we had more resources (ships/equip) then players with the skills or will to fight with them.

This isn't a particularly pertinent question in that case - because if you think it was the correctg usage of mineral etc, then i guess you weren't in touch with the average membership of ASCN (that had to pay for every ship that was lost). There were corps paying for BS replacements etc, but it doesn't make it up as much as knowing you would be placed in a fully futted BS ASAP. Every ASCN member should have had 3 fully fitted BS minimum free of charge tbh, considering the BPOs that CLS et al own.
