A lot has happened since the last time I emptied all the thought in my head out on a screen and pretended it was a blog. Sabotage has picked up a few more members and more importantly we've taken up an offer from Mo' Chuisel to come hang out with EXE and the rest of the CFC (to be fair we sort of jabber-stalked him till he agreed to put up with us).

We have a lot of new guys in the corp who have moved out to nullsec for the first time - we've had them giddily informing all 250 members of the fleet about their fit in excited tones, somehow manage to die to thier own bombs and and get horribly lost. They've leared to naivgate jumpbridge networks, got their first killmails in 200+ man fleets and discovered the importance of intel channels.

From a leadership perspective it's been harder than we initially thought - trying to show new guys how to make enough money, herding them all to where they need to be, worrying about there being enough in everyones timezones for them to do and how to reimburse losses. We have had a few members hit by RL issues - we want to keep the corp relaxed but we've decided to boot anyone who doesn't show their face for 6 weeks or so (and by show their face I mean compose a horribly worded evemail or forum message).

Being in EXE has been really good for the corp - I'm not sure what we bring to the table but we've had the opportunity to join some big fleets, get in on some bombing action and have a laugh on IRC/forums with some cool guys. We've had a lot of help and input from some of the old hands which has been really good for the corp too.

Hopefully everything will continue to go well - we've have a slow but steady increase in numbers, we anticipate booting a couple of people soon but we’re happy with the rate at which we’re growing.
